Waypoint screens for your office

Turn any wall-mounted TV or tablet into a live wayfinding screen. A Waypoint screen shows today’s floor plan, who is sitting where and how many desks are free, and refreshes itself every minute so bookings and check-ins appear without anyone touching it. Pair a screen with an 8-digit code from Company settings, approve it, and it looks after itself from then on. Included in the Premium and Enterprise plans.

Link several email domains to one account

Domain-based sign-up used to cover a single email domain. Now a Company Admin can link as many as the company uses, such as regional domains or a subsidiary’s, and anyone signing up with one of them joins the account automatically. Each domain is checked by our team before it goes live, and you can see the status of every one in Settings under Sign Up and Register.

Lock your email domains

Stop colleagues creating a separate Team Today account by mistake. Add your company’s email domains to the locked list and anyone who tries to sign up with one of them is told the company already has an account and to ask a colleague for an invite. Invites, domain-based sign-up and logging in all work as before. Available on every plan.

Team Today now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so AI assistants like Claude can securely check who’s in the office, look up desk availability and more, right from a conversation. It’s rolling out as a beta behind an integration setting.
