How to update your payment method

Who can do this: Company admins. Plan: Paid plans billed by card.

If you pay by card, you can update your card details through Stripe's secure billing portal.

How to update your payment method

  1. Open Team Today in a web browser at app.team-today.com and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Billing and plan settings.
  3. On Your Plan, tap Manage Payment Method. This opens Stripe's billing portal.
  4. Add your new card and set it as your default payment method.

Manage Payment Method only appears when you have an active card subscription. It isn't available in the Microsoft Teams app. If an account manager looks after your billing, the page asks you to contact support@team-today.com to update your payment details.

Want to switch from card to bank transfer?

We support bank transfer for annual plans. We can accept bank transfers in GBP or EUR only, and we accept purchase orders. Contact hello@team-today.com with your company details to get set up.
