Reserve a parking space when you book into the office

How it works

If your company has set up car parking, you can reserve a parking space when you book into the office. Spaces are given out on a first come, first served basis.

How to book a space

  1. In Team View, select the day you want to book.
  2. In the left-hand column of the edit panel, tick Require parking space.
  3. Choose your office. Each office shows Parking available or No parking for that day. Team Today saves your booking as soon as you choose.
  4. If your office has a car park map, choosing the office opens the booking window. The Confirm Booking step shows the space you have been given. Select Edit parking to open the car park map and pick a different space, then select Confirm.
  5. Once your booking is saved, a car icon appears on the day in the Grid view of Team View.

With the box ticked, each office shows whether parking is available. Choose your office to book.

How to request a parking space by default and add your vehicle details

If you regularly drive to work, you can set Team Today to request a parking space every time you book into the office.

  1. In Team View, select Profile and Favourites in the sidebar. You can also go to Settings > Personal preferences.
  2. Switch on Require parking space.
  3. If you wish, enter your Vehicle registration, Vehicle colour and Vehicle make. Each field saves when you move out of it.
  4. Go back to Team View.

Require parking space is now ticked for you each time you set your own whereabouts, and you can see whether parking is available. Book into the office as normal.

Common questions

What happens if there are no parking spaces left?

If Require parking space is ticked and the car park is full, Team Today shows a Parking unavailable message and does not save that day's booking, including the office. To go into the office without a parking space, untick Require parking space and choose the office again.

Can I book a car parking space without booking into the office?

No. A parking space is always booked together with an office booking.
