The work planner gives you a succinct view of the months ahead

How it works

By filling in whereabouts or adding holidays the work planner is automatically completed for users. It gives a monthly view of who is working where and who is on holiday. It uses the same colours as the Month View in Whereabouts.

  • Use the team picker at the top of the work planner to choose which teams and workgroups to show.
  • You can hover over each individual's bars to see where they plan to be working that week, including any day notes.
  • Projects and events added for a team also show in the work planner. See Adding projects.

Colour key

  • Green: working from home, or another whereabouts that shows as Free.
  • Lime green: in the office.
  • Yellow: a whereabouts that shows as Partial or Working elsewhere.
  • Grey: non working days, company holidays, other leave options, and whereabouts that show as Not available or Out of office.
  • Blue: a booked holiday. Orange: a holiday waiting for approval.
  • Very pale bars with a lime outline: the person hasn't set their whereabouts for those days yet.
  • Birthday cake icon: the person's birthday, if your company shows birthdays and they have shared theirs.
