Can I see who’s in the office today at a glance?
Yes. Team Today gives a real-time, at-a-glance view of who’s in the office, at home, travelling, offsite or on leave, across multiple teams, departments and office locations.
Can we add our own whereabouts statuses?
Yes. Custom whereabouts statuses (for example “client site” or “workshop”) are supported: 1 on the Free plan and up to 6 on Professional and above.
How do I know if there are enough fire wardens in on Thursday?
Whereabouts doubles as a real-time register of who’s on site, with responsibilities like fire warden and first aider shown against each person, so you can confirm coverage at a glance.
Will people actually keep their whereabouts up to date?
Automatic reminders prompt everyone to complete their weekly whereabouts, and because seeing colleagues’ plans helps people plan their own week, usage is voluntary and sustained: 26,000 of Team Today’s 32,000 users set their whereabouts on an average day.
Does it sync with Outlook?
